Coaching is a professional relationship that serves you in sustainably transforming yourself, your relationships, your teams and your organizations. It does so by helping you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. To sustain your transformation and achieve your coaching objectives, the coaching sessions and short in-between assignments will enable you to develop atomic habits. These habits reinforce new neural wiring and behavioral patterns, creating sustainable learning and transformation.

I have a backpack with methodological approaches from different disciplines such as adult developmental and organizational psychology, neuroscience, sociology, anthropology and spiritual traditions. I also draw tools from improvisation theatre, leadership embodiment and, last but not least, Nature. My approach is always value based, experiential and interactive, thus using your uniqueness and resourcefulness to evoke the desired transformation and achieve sustainable results.

Leadership Circle Profile and Leadership Culture Profile

To assess ‘where you are’ in your development as a leader, we use the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), a scientifically valid 360 degree feedback assessment that offers insight into your leadership effectiveness and underlying, often unconscious beliefs and assumptions. The LCP promotes and deepens awareness and growth and accelerates your leadership development. The Leadership Culture Profile is a 360 assessment of your organizational or team culture.

Praditus Discovery

Praditus is a scientifically valid self-awareness tool that helps you understand the many facets of your personality within the context of your job and the culture of your team or organization. The results are mapped to personality styles and workplace behaviors and offer you insights in which areas to develop. The Praditus digital platform offers resources to help you do so.

Team Diagnostic

Teams are diverse and dynamic. Knowing the productivity and positivity factors of your team is a key insight in growing and developing your team further. We use the Team Diagnostic as an assessment tool to support this process.
